The largest low budget airline company in the world, RyanAir has introduced the sixth flight from airport Zadar. From 6th of July RyanAir will connect Zadar with Düsseldorf two times a week on Friday and Monday. It is predicted that this line alone will transfer around one hundred thousand passengers mainly Germans although, because Düsseldorf is located at the north of Germany, a lot of Dutch passengers are expected as well.
Lufthansa is one of the largest airline company and is the the main airline carrier connecting Germany with Croatia. It already has eight daily flights connecting Croatian capital Zagreb with two largest airports in Germany Munich and Frankfurt.

Starting from today the clients of Jam Transfer have the possibility of booking online the airport taxi transfers from Osijek Airport.

From 6th of May this summer, Ryan Air will begin connecting Osijek and Frankfurt airport with its low budget airfare deals. This is the first flight connection Ryan air is introducing to Osijek airport. The flights connecting airport Osijek and Frankfurt will be scheduled two times a week on Thursday and Sunday. During the 2008 season, Split airport has recorded a record number of passenger arrivals and departures. The number of international passengers was 1,027,606.00 which is 85,37% of total number of passengers.
The total number of both international and domestic passengers in 2008 was 1,203,778.00 which was 2% more than in 2007.
The peak months in the number of arrivals and departures from Split airport was May, July and August and one million th passenger arrived at Split airport in September 10 days earlier than it did in 2007.
