When I book transportation service either with taxis, shuttle or bus, will it get me to the door of my accommodation?
Yes, your transportation vehicle will bring You right in front of the doors of Your accommodation. The exception is if the road is too narrow for Your transportation vehicle to get through. Bus transportation passengers will not be transferred right in front of their private accommodation but rather in front of the accommodation complex.

How can I be sure that JamTransfer is legal and reliable transportation service?
JamTransfer is a part of Jam Group which is registered Croatia company under the VAT number 1602953385108

How long do I have to wait at the airport? What if the airplane is late?
Your transportation vehicle will await for Your arrival, not the other way around. With that in mind, if Your plane is late, Your transfer driver will wait for You at the airport. The natural question derived from this situation is “what is the extra transportation cost of this delay?” We know that plane being late is not Your fault and thus it is not Your cost to bare.

When You arrive at You designated airport in any country where we provide transportation service, our driver will wait for You at the entrance with a sign with Your name and our JamTransfer logo

I have lost my luggage, can you pick it up for me later?

All airports and airline companies have surveillance agents who take care that Your lost luggage is forwarded all the way to Your hotel, apartment or any kind of accommodation. In the case that the airport, ferry or bus company doesn’t offer this service, You need to leave the copy of lost and found form to our transfer driver. When Your luggage is found, our driver or representative will bring it to Your address in shortest time possible. Depending on time/distance, this service could be an extra expense for you.

I have left stuff in your transportation vehicle, how will I get it back?
In the case You loose something in our transfer vehicle you should contact our office as soon as possible. You should give us the information on your transfer and on the object lost. We will do our best to return it to you as soon as humanly possible. This service is charged depending on the postage fees.

U private transfers, infants and kids count as an adult, because they occupy safety belt. We advise the parents to bring their own car stools for children because You can never be safe enough when it comes to children.
In bus transfers, children under 2 years ride free of charge, taking into account that they do not need their own bus seat.

Yes, depending on the availability and our Terms and Conditions

In what currency is your transportation price list?
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) or Kunas (Kn)

Can You give me my driver’s phone number?
No. All reclamations or problems you may have you should bring directly to JamTransfer central office or use JamTransfer Contact form.

I have a lot of luggage, mountain bike, golf bags etc. Will there be enough room?
Every customer must inform us in advance if they are bringing this kind of baggage so we can provide with the best transportation vehicle available for that specific customer.
