We tour its charming streets to magnificent Cathedral of St Mark who is the city’s patron saint. There are a lot of squares with Renaissance palaces, town loggia which can be seen along the way. The excursion by boat will takes you to Korčula sailing along the island of Mljet and Elaphite islands.

Truffle Tour – Search For and Later Feast with Istrian Truffles

Only, a well trained dog can sniff them. Truffles grow in grey soil, in woody humid area of Motovun in the valley Mirna.

Exactly that is where we go with a truffler and with his well dressed dogs seeking his majesty –truffle.

During our 3 hour walk through the forest truffler will tell us all the secrets and particulars about truffles. After that, lunch will be served on base of truffles followed with wine in a specialized restaurant.

1,500 Year Old Olive Tree in Kastel Stafilic, Croatia

Imagine how many generations were rested in the shades of this beautiful tree, how many bottles of olive oil it provided or how many battles were fought in it the vicinity of this proud tree during the last 15 centuries. Just touching this tree with your bare hands takes you far away into the imaginary land of how it used to be.

Kastel Stafilic – From my point of view, the must see thing in Kastel Stafilic is the olive tree which is 1,500 years old. It bears a witness of continuous noble surroundings and the arts and crafts of local farmers.

Kastel Novi – a walk through the narrow typical coastal streets of Kastel Novi, along the stone halls and arcades leads you to the cellars of Kastela’s wine makers. That is where they store their quality wines for which they cared through the year.

Dubrovnik Adventure – Konavle Jeep Safari
