split-tour-hvar-bolThe town of Hvar on the homonymous island attracts many visitors because of its exceptional beauty and numerous historical monuments, some of them very interesting and valuable. The 17th-century Theater (among the oldest ones in Europe), the Arsenal dating from the 13th – 14th century, its picturesque squares and streets, as well as the Franciscan Monastery – famous for its collection of valuable paintings of old masters, the best known among them being the ”Last Supper” by Ingoli, are only a part of sights worth seeing. Early in the afternoon we continue our hydrofoil sail up to the highest island in the Adriatic Sea – Brac, also the third largest Adriatic island, for a visit to a picturesque little town called Bol.

There you can visit the Dominican monastery with a rich library and archive, and an ancient cellar for tasting local wines. Free time for swimming or sunbathing on the famous sandy beach called Zlatni Rat (Golden Promontory); reaching out into the sea, with a dense pine wood in the background.

Split tour to Bol and Hvar includes transfers, professional guide, Cathedral and Franciscan Monastery entrance fees.
