The largest low budget airline company in the world, RyanAir has introduced the sixth flight from airport Zadar. From 6th of July RyanAir will connect Zadar with Düsseldorf two times a week on Friday and Monday. It is predicted that this line alone will transfer around one hundred thousand passengers mainly Germans although, because Düsseldorf is located at the north of Germany, a lot of Dutch passengers are expected as well.
The tickets for these flights will be available starting from 14th of April and the price for single passenger will start from €10. This ticket price includes all taxes and other airport fees. This is a great business deal for Zadar airport because it will measure growth in passenger number compared to the last year which is an accomplishment regarding the global recession and the decline of tourists going abroad for holidays.
Zadar airport so far has. besides this connection with Düsseldorf, 5 other flight schedules through RyanAir. These are the flights from London, Dublin, Edinburgh, Stockholm and the Italian Pisa which will start on 5th of June. It is safe to say that Zadar has become the regional center of RyanAir. Because of this growth, Zadar airport will begin expansion of the terminal building and the runway so it can accommodate the largest airplanes.
